Jerry Diaz is the owner of Midtown Tattoo Inc., but his story with the shop started long before ownership.

Born in California and raised in Jenks after moving there at age seven, Jerry got his very first tattoo in the same building he would one day own—then known as Outsiders Ink, one of Oklahoma’s first legal tattoo shops.

After building his skills and learning the craft there, he partnered with the original owner to help grow the business.

That partnership eventually led to Jerry purchasing the shop and continuing its legacy while shaping the next generation of artists.
